Cross-Border Partnerships

Working Together Beyond Borders: VSS & Maison des Femmes

The adage “One Island. One People, One Destiny” was the sentiment of the day, beautifully capturing the spirit of collaboration in supporting victims at VSS and Frans Victimes, Maison des Femme. Working alongside dedicated advocates like KPSM’s Inspector Patricia Richardson, Director of France Victimes & Maison des Femmes Olivier Canale – Fatou, and Social Worker of the France Victimes & Maison des Femmes, Johana Fortuno, has been an enriching experience. What started as a routine partnership evolved into invaluable lessons in client relationship building and victim protection.

VSS is honored to collaborate with such caring and passionate advocates, especially in light of the client-centric approaches observed by France Victimes & Maison des Femmes. Officer Richardson’s gentle yet empowering interviewing style with victims of domestic violence is truly commendable. “Together, we can create a stronger support network for all victimized individuals, not heeding borders” summarized VSS Director, Cassandra Richardson.
